| constructing the flid heel can be used to open the channel |
| ready to take your glass. Wtih the point of the flid you can |
| manoeuver your lead channel on to your glass piece. |
| The flat portion of the flid is used to ease the lead flat at the joints |
| ready for soldering. A few copperfoilists love the flid to |
| smooth the sides of their foil ready for soldering. |
