For those wondering what are "Ranks"? What do they mean in regard to me and my posting? - Nothing much. It's a fun little innovation to show who are regular contributors to our exciting forums. These "Ranks" aren't meant to glorify anyone. Just a little fun.

The Ranks you can achieve are as follows.

Newbie : Just on their first lead light. Learning the ropes. Borrows tools from everyone else and just knows glass by the colours. The reds, blues and greens. Has posted under 15 times on this message board.

Learner : Attending classes and possibly doing some smaller panels under supervision. Has suffered their first glass cut and are thinking about buying a grinder. Has posted between 16 and 35 posts on this message board.

Regular : Finished all class' offered by Design Glass Pty. Ltd. Glass cuts are not a big hassle anymore and you own all your own tools and a grinder to boot. Has posted 36 to 99 posts on this message board.

Hardened Veteran : Has completed many works of art including a major project which takes pride and place within the family home. Glass cuts are an everyday occurrence that you don't think twice about. You own two grinders and know all the Glass Codes off by heart. Has posted 100+ posts on this message board.

There are also some special Ranks we'll assign to people who we trust to give great and accurate advice to all members on this message board.
